We offer a "no questions asked" 15 days money back guaranteed return policy. We must receive the product within 15 days of shipment. All returns must conform to the following guidelines to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:
- A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed for all returns
- Shipping to and from the customer paid by the customer.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Accessories with health hazards such as mouthpieces are strictly not returnable
- When you are sending products for repair or calibration, please do not send mouthpieces back even if they are still in their original packaging you will not get credit for them.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging, with all printed materials and accessories included, except for mouthpieces.
- Products in sealed clamshells can not be returned if opened.
- Refunds will be issued after product is received and inspected at our facility.
- Damaged products (including any scratches) will be returned to the customer without refund.
- Missing items will be charged to the customer.
- All products returns must be properly authorized by SafetyGears customer support prior to return.
Important: Please make sure to purchase insurance at least for the value of the product when you are returning the product to us. SafetyGears will not be liable for returned products lost in mail.
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
To request an RMA please Log into your account via My Account. View your order and click on the link to return each product. Follow the procedure and we will establish contact with you once we review the RMA request.
Return the item(s) postage paid; Insured return receipt is suggested for all returns. Be sure to mark the address with the assigned RMA# and include a copy of your original invoice, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of your credit.
Our limited warranty period is 30 days from your date of purchase for all products except otherwise specified. If the product is older than 15 days since your date of purchase, you are required to send in $10 ( no cash please) to covers the shipping and handling of the return. Please make sure that you have received your RMA number before you send products back to us.
Repairs or replacement is free within the first 90 days of you purchase. After 90 days, a personal or a cashier check for an amount of $30 must accompany the product when you send in for repair. This includes the return shipping and handling charges.

Without exception, our policy is to charge for samples. If a potential contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered normally through our online ordering system. All sample costs including delivery charges will be refunded on subsequent volume purchases. We believe that the information contained on our web site is comprehensive and detailed with regard to individual products. Consequently, we do not distribute printed marketing materials such as brochures or literature on request.
